Hello Parents and Guardians of Grade 9 Students,

We are just beginning the Course Selection process for your student, and we wanted to communicate with you a couple of important dates.

Please be aware that we do NOT have any more information for you at this time about the new school/CPA (including boundaries, grades, programming, choice of schools etc.). Once we learn anything from the Department of Education/HRCE, we will communicate it with you. We will not be able to answer any questions about boundaries, grades, programming, choice of schools etc. at this time.

What we do know is that we are going ahead as normal with the course selection process for high school. To start the process we have heard from CP Allen about 2 important dates below:

Thursday, January 19th - Grade Nine Parent Night for Course Selection Presentation at CP Allen 6 pm.

**Please note that this is a course selection meeting for high school, not specific to CP Allen.

Thursday, January 26th - Grade Nine Course Selection Presentation at MSMS. School Counsellors from CP Allen will give students information regarding the course selection process.

Further information and course selection process will take place in February/March.
