Attached is an order form for purchasing MSMS clothing.

This year, we are partnering with First Choice Sportswear to bring you a nice selection of hoodies, sweatpants and T-shirts.

If you would like to order any items, please complete the form and send it to school with payment by cash or cheque. Unfortunately, we cannon accept credit card payment or e-transfers.

Cheques are to be made payable to Madeline Symonds Middle School.

Please have your child bring their order to the table in the main lobby as they arrive to school.

Order collection days this week are Thursday, March 11 and Friday, March 12.

After March Break, collection days are Monday, March 22, Tuesday, March 23 and Wednesday, March 24.
